Using QR Codes with Google Place Pages

Using Google QR codes with Google Places can be a great way to give your business a boost on the Internet. With these few tips you will learn to make Google Places a more effective tool to utilize with the power of QR codes.

The first thing you are going to need in order to do this is an account with Orange QR. If you do not have an account click the top sign up button and create one. After you have an account setup to create QR codes you are going to need to go to your Google places page for your business and get the URL of that page. Record the URL for your Google business page in notepad on your computer so that you can use it when we need to create the QR code for it.

Login in to your Orange QR account and click create QR code. Next take the QR code for your Google Places page for your business and put it in the URL field when creating a QR code in your account. Once you have a QR code created you should save the image. Our system now will track any time someone uses that code.

The next thing you are going to need to do is create a simple graphic to tell people that your business is in Google Places. Place this advertisement on your front desk or store window and encourage your customers to scan it and leave a review on your Google Place page. This will make it easier for people to add good rapport for your business on the Internet. As well the more business reviews that you get the easier it will be to rank in the Google Place pages when people are looking up keywords related to your business.

In addition to creating a QR code for your Google Place page for your business and encouraging people to leave reviews you could also give people a reward to do so. This will encourage more people to scan the QR code generated for your Google Place page and I guarantee you that you will get more reviews in no time if you follow these steps on using QR codes with your Google Places page.
